1. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our minimum order quantity is 25 pieces in total. This does not require 25 pieces of a single design. The total can be a mix of embroidered sarees, printed sarees, and unstitched suits, across designs and categories, as long as the overall quantity adds up to 25 pieces.

2. Do you have an exchange or return policy?

We follow a strict no exchange and no return policy. The only exception is in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or damage. If a damaged saree is reported and verified, we will first attempt to provide the same saree in fresh condition. If that is not possible, the amount will be credited to the client’s ledger for future purchases.

3. How can I view your stock before purchasing?

Stock can be viewed in-store, via video call, or through photographs. For online
selections, once the video call is ompleted, we share clear images of the selected pieces along with prices. The client is required to finalize the selection and complete payment within 24 hours. After this window, the selected pieces are returned to general stock.

4. What is your policy for online purchases?

All sarees purchased online are subject to a strict no-return policy. We do not entertain returns or exchanges based on subjective
reasons such as a misunderstanding of fabric, texture, weight, colour tone, or
design appearance. Clients are encouraged to clarify all details during the selection process before finalizing their order.

5. Do prices vary based on order size or customer type?

No. We maintain complete price transparency. Our prices are uniform for all clients, regardless of whether the order is for 5 pieces or 500 pieces, or whether the client is new or long-standing. There is no differential pricing based on volume, tenure, or customer profile.

6. What documents and conditions are required for returning damaged goods?

We strictly accept goods returns only with proper documentation. Any approved return must be accompanied by a debit note raised against the original invoice number. Additionally, the product barcode must be intact and clearly visible. Returns without the required documents or with missing/altered barcodes will not be accepted under any circumstances.
